The former headquarters of the Community Foundation of the Ozarks is now for sale. The property at 425 E. Trafficway St. in Downtown Springfield is listed with R.B. Murray Company for $1,525,000.

The CFO moved its headquarters from 425 E. Trafficway to 300 South Jefferson in August 2025. Earlier this year, the CFO acquired the land at 425 E. Trafficway from the City of Springfield in exchange for a $510,000 endowment that will provide ongoing funding to improve Downtown Springfield. Upon the sale of 425 E. Trafficway, the CFO will invest the proceeds into 300 South Jefferson.
