Fund Manager is now available!

The CFO recently transitioned to a system called Community Suite — or CSuite, for short — that brings you a new experience for viewing information and accessing services for your charitable fund with the new Fund Manager donor portal. If you are a fund advisor, authorized fund contact or an affiliate foundation officer, you should have received an account-activation email on July 28 to access Fund Manager. Please activate your account as soon as possible to ensure seamless access to fund information. You will need to activate your account before you are able to login to Fund Manager.

Service for DonorCentral, the outgoing donor portal, will end July 31. Afterwards, you must use the new Fund Manager for online access to your charitable fund. When viewing fund activity on DonorCentral, please note:

  • DonorCentral balances will reflect fund activity through June 27, as well as June 30, 2022 quarter-end adjustments and investments.
  • Quarter-end adjustments will be reflected in DonorCentral once quarter-end statements are made available.
  • Any gift or grant activity dated after June 27 will not be reflected in DonorCentral.
  • Activity dated after June 27 will only display in the new Fund Manager, which you will be able to access in late July.
  • DonorCentral users should download any statements you want to retain. The June 30 quarterly statement will be the last one issued on DonorCentral in mid-July.
