Tips for using DonorCentral
DonorCentral is a web-based service for fund advisors, nonprofit agency partners and affiliate community foundations. You will have access to your fund information at any time through DonorCentral. With information updated daily, it enables you to view your fund balances, gifts to your funds, and completed and pending grants. Fund advisors can make grant recommendations online at any time and download quarterly fund statements.
Trouble logging onto DonorCentral?
- Did you set up your login using the Welcome Email sent by Donor Central/Blackbaud? If you did not receive an email or your Welcome Email has expired, contact Caitlin Golike for a new Welcome Email.
- Is Donor Central saying you are not authorized to view this account? You may not be set up for Donor Central or are using the incorrect email address. Please use the email address on file with CFO as your Blackbaud ID. You can call (417) 864-6199 or email Caitlin Golike to verify the correct email address.
- Can’t remember your password? Click Reset Password. This will only work if you have previously established a login.
- Loading/flashing errors or insufficient permission popups? Trying clearing your cash and cookies. Click here for details on how to do this for various web browsers.
