Oversized presentation checks are an easy and cost-effective way to celebrate your grantees and earn news coverage for your affiliate’s community grantmaking. Checks can be ordered either with the grantee name, amount and description prefilled, or as blank check with only your affiliate’s logo printed at the top.
- Request presentation checks through your director. Let them know if you need prefilled checks for a recent grant round or blank checks, and how many copies you will need.
- Please request presentation checks 15 day business days prior to the grant presentation to allow adequate time for production, printing and delivery.
- If you need checks ASAP, we can send you a “mini big check” file to print on a standard home or office printer — just print it on the largest paper size available.
- Orders must include at least three individual presentation checks. If your order does not meet the minimum, we can have blank presentation checks printed to fill out the order.
- Printing and postage costs will be expensed to your affiliate’s administrative fund.
- To make the presentation checks “official,” please have your affiliate board president sign and date each check.
