In October 2023, the CFO’s Board of Directors selected Winter Kinne as the Community Foundation of the Ozarks’ fourth president and CEO. She is responsible to the board to carry out the mission and strategic plan of the organization.

She joined the CFO in June 2005 upon graduation from Drury University where she earned degrees in English and writing. In August 2010, Kinne completed her master's in business administration at Drury. She has held a variety of roles during her tenure at the CFO, most recently as the vice president of development.

Originally from Mount Vernon, Missouri, Winter is currently a board member for the Community Blood Center of the Ozarks and Philanthropy Missouri. She is also a member of the Greene County Estate Planning Council.

Kinne resides in Springfield, Missouri, with her husband, Marshall, and two children, Walker and Kate.
