Tiffany Frey

As Director of Philanthropic Services, Tiffany provides education and support to our hardworking Agency Partners, helping them maximize their impact and fulfill their missions with confidence and clarity. 

Tiffany grew up at Lake of the Ozarks and, after attending Cottey College, moved to Springfield to complete her bachelor’s degree in communication disorders. With more than 19 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, she spent 13 years at James River Basin Partnership holding many roles, including executive director, and later worked closely with Springfield Community Gardens before joining the CFO. Tiffany is deeply passionate about creating healthy environments for both people and the planet. She holds a number of certifications, including ones in Permaculture Design and Authentic Relating Facilitation.
