As the Fund and Operations Manager for the Community Foundation of the Ozarks, Tenessya oversees the full life cycle of new funds, from drafting agreements to ensuring each fund is fully established and ready to support the charitable goals of donors and nonprofit partners. She also manages the foundation’s administrative assistants and key operational functions to maintain the strong systems and high‑quality services that support the CFO’s mission.

A native of the Lake of the Ozarks, Tenessya earned her associate's degree in hospitality management from Ozarks Technical Community College. She brings more than a decade of experience in hospitality management, along with three years in wealth management with Edward Jones. She also holds the Certified Nonprofit Professional credential, a nationally recognized certification in nonprofit management.

Tenessya currently serves on the boards for the Kiwanis Club of Downtown Springfield and Borrow My Angel, two organizations that hold special meaning for her. Outside of her community involvement, she enjoys spending time with her son, family and friends, and loves traveling and being outdoors whenever she can.
