Rachel Tripp

Rachel coordinates the CFO’s benevolence grant programming and the Youth Empowerment Project. Originally from northeast Arkansas, Rachel earned a bachelor’s degree in social work from Missouri State University and a graduate degree in nonprofit and civic leadership from Drury University. She serves on the board of directors for both Empower Missouri and the Springfield Ballet and is a member of the League of Women Voters of Southwest Missouri and the Association for Women in Communications. In her spare time, she enjoys weightlifting and exploring the outdoors with her family and dogs.
