Ashley leads the CFO’s work with donors, nonprofit partners, affiliate boards and professional advisors across the service area. She previously served as assistant vice president of affiliates.
Prior to joining the CFO in 2017, Ashley spent 10 years in Dallas, Texas, working in community foundation donor relations, corporate philanthropy and nonprofit fundraising. A native of Springfield, she holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and broadcasting with an emphasis in public relations from Oklahoma State University and a master’s degree in nonprofit and civic leadership from Drury University. Ashley also holds the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® (CAP®) designation from The American College of Financial Services and is a 21/64 Certified Advisor.
In 2024, Ashley was recognized as a 40 Under 40 honoree by the Springfield Business Journal. Active in the community, she is a member of the Advancement Network, Rotary Club of Springfield (Downtown), Rosie, and Junior League of Springfield. She also serves as a classroom reader for the Ozarks Literacy Council, sits on the board of Friends of the Zoo, and is a graduate of Leadership Springfield, Class 38.
