Program to fund solutions to local “Red Flag” issues
The Jewell Schweitzer Quality of Life Grant Program is now open for application from the Community Foundation of the Ozarks. Named in memory of the late Springfield philanthropist, the grant program funds innovative solutions to “Red Flags” identified in the 2024 Community Focus Report for Springfield and Greene County.
A total of $120,000 is available with maximum requests of $30,000. Nonprofits with 501(c)3 or similar tax-exempt status organizations like government entities, school districts or faith-based organizations serving Springfield and Greene County are invited to apply by Tuesday, Sept. 30.
