The Ozark Foothills Regional Community Foundation works to improve the quality of life for individuals in the Ozark Foothills region through thoughtful grantmaking and community leadership. 501(c)3 organizations or other IRS approved entities (government entities, school districts and churches) serving the Ozark Foothills area, including Butler, Carter, Reynolds, Ripley, and Wayne counties, are eligible to apply.

• 501(c)3 organizations with annual operating expenses of less than $250,000 are eligible to apply.
• Applicants may apply for up to $1,000.00 in funding for this grant cycle. Minimum request amount is $500.
