Joplin Schools Launch Program Community Grant

Rural Regional, Children and Youth

Due by: May 14, 2026

The Joplin School District’s Launch Program is a collaboration between a student-led organization at Joplin High School and the Joplin Regional Community Foundation's Philanthropic Society. Launch’s purpose is to promote philanthropy. One way we accomplish this is through a student-directed community grant program that supports one local, non-profit organization to improve the future for the citizens of Joplin.

The grant program focus for this year is: Impoverished Students. The maximum award amount will be up to $15,000.00 (depending on funds raised through fundraising). Public nonprofit 501(c)(3) organizations or other IRS approved entities (government entities, school districts, and churches) serving the Joplin area are eligible to apply.

Eligible Regions:

  • Jasper County
