Grant funding and decisions for this program are made by the Impact 100 Perry County group of the Perry County Community Foundation. 501(c)3 organizations or other IRS approved entities (government entities, school districts and churches) serving Perry County are eligible to apply.

• Applicants who serve Perry County are encouraged to apply.
• Grants will be presented Fall 2025.
• The total amount to grant is $22,500 in one lump sum to one organization.
