The Bolivar Area Community Foundation works to improve the quality of life for individuals in the Bolivar and Polk County area through thoughtful grantmaking and community leadership. 

• Applicants who serve the Bolivar and Polk County area are encouraged to apply.
• Applicants may apply for up to $3,000 in funding for this grant cycle.
