The Community Foundation of the Ozarks’ scholarship program is committed to respect for all people and does not intend to deny services on the basis of race, color, sex, religion, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or veteran status. However, this policy’s intent is not to deny the ability of scholarship programs to support scholarships that serve specifically designated populations, as long as that eligible class of potential recipients is sufficiently large. Conditions of scholarship criteria can be specific as long as they do not violate federal public policy as it relates to discrimination and as long as it does not provide private benefit to the donor or donor family members. The CFO is committed to equity at every opportunity and continues to work to strengthen all our communities.
