How to Apply for CFO Scholarships

Students can apply for scholarships for the 2023–24 academic year beginning Jan. 1. Deadlines for scholarship vary, but generally begin closing in mid-March. Please read the information below on the application process.

How to Apply

Beginning Jan. 1, click the link below to our online application portal to apply. You will first have to create a username and password to establish your account. Next, you will be prompted to answer a couple of eligibility questions to determine which scholarships you are eligible to apply for if you meet certain criteria.

Each scholarship has its own criteria and application requirements. You will be able to apply for some scholarships directly through this website while others will require you to contact your counselor or other representative in order to obtain a hard-copy application.

Be sure to read the criteria for each scholarship carefully. Please note that a separate application will need to be submitted for each scholarship for which you are applying.

The Community Foundation of the Ozarks’ scholarship program is committed to respect for all people and does not intend to deny services on the basis of race, color, sex, religion, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or veteran status. However, this policy’s intent is not to deny the ability of scholarship programs to support scholarships that serve specifically designated populations, as long as that eligible class of potential recipients is sufficiently large. Conditions of scholarship criteria can be specific as long as they do not violate federal public policy as it relates to discrimination and as long as it does not provide private benefit to the donor or donor family members. The CFO is committed to equity at every opportunity and continues to work to strengthen all our communities.
