Ready to apply for a grant?
The CFO uses a third-party platform, Foundant, to manage grant applications. Grants programs that are currently open for application are listed at the “View Open Grants” link. From there, enter keywords (like the grant program or community name) into the “Quick Search” bar at the top of the page to find the specific grants.
