Racheal is a Missouri native and grew up in southwest Missouri. In addition to working as coordinator for the Barton County Community Foundation, she is a small business owner and active community volunteer. She is currently working as the program director for the Lamar Rotary Club, member of the Rural Communities Coalition and previously on the Barton County Community Foundation Board. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, kayaking and hiking.
