Eligibility Requirements

1. Currently contracted full-season staff at Camp Arrowhead
2. Be under the age of 24
3. Enrolled, or have plans to enroll, in an institution of higher education
4. Must be working on first degree
5. Preference given to employee's length of service at Camp Arrowhead
6. Financial need
7. Essay required
