greater Ozarks area -- person(s) with cerebral palsy or a similar disability resulting from damage to the brain

 

School Requirements

any accredited two or four-year college/university or vocational school

 

Eligibility Requirements

 

1. Person(s) with cerebral palsy or a similar disability resulting from damage to the brain [Current school placement records are acceptable proof of diagnosis]
2. Applicants who exhibit academic ability
3. Applicants who display a sincere desire for additional training or education
4. Applicants with financial need as determined by the FAFSA-EFC
5. Applicants achieved an adequate ACT score or other entrance exam
6. Applicants maintain a grade average of C or better in their high school coursework

 

 

Other Requirements

 

* scholarship grant award has both an educational and residential component; number of grants and their amounts to be determined by selection committee
