Residency Requirements

Must have graduated from a high school in Miller County, MO: Eldon HS, Tuscumbia HS, Miller MO; St Elizabeth HS, Osage HS, Iberia HS

 

School Requirements

attend the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Dentistry

 

Eligibility Requirements

1. Must be enrolled at the University of Missouri

Dental School

2. Must have graduated from a high school

in Miller County: Eldon HS, Tuscumbia HS, St

Elizabeth HS, Osage HS, or Iberia HS

3. Must demonstrate financial need by

submitting FAFSA - EFC

4. One-page essay

5. Two letters of recommendation

 

Other Requirements

Renewable; maintain satisfactory progress and full-time enrollment. If scholarship is renewed, no new scholarship is granted
