Eligibility Requirements

1. Must be student attending a nursing school in Springfield, MO, who has matriculated into a nursing degree program
2. Primary emphasis given to financial needs, as determined by the FAFSA-EFC
3. Secondary emphasis given to scholastic achievement
4. Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
5. Exemplify a person of strong moral character
6. Preference to qualified African-American candidates
7. May request renewal; not guaranteed

*Amount: One $1,200 scholarship; no new scholarship if recipient requests/meets renewal requirements
