Shapes Mentoring

The Springfield Youth Empowerment Project’s mission is to empower youth to positively impact their community.  This is accomplished through education, service, grantmaking, and fundraising.

Applying For Springfield YEP Grant

The Youth Empowerment Project (Y.E.P.) has received grant making funds from the Community Foundation of the Ozarks.  With this funding, we intend to help youth-driven community service projects in need of financial assistance. Our hope is that Y.E.P. can help to increase involvement and empower the youth of this community to help make it a better place.  To apply for a Springfield YEP Grant please utilize the form (in MS-Word format) below by clicking on the link to download them: Springfield YEP Application
