Scholarship Programs
CRITERIA/APPLICATION and DEADLINES will be updated as of February 1, 2012.
The Community Foundation of the Ozarks (CFO) is proud to administer some 230 scholarships, as a service to the greater community. Most of the scholarship grant awards are for graduating high school seniors; however a growing number are available to students currently enrolled in college/university. Eligibility is most often determined by residency in a particular city or county in Southwest Missouri (south of the Missouri River, outside of the Kansas City and St. Louis metropolitan areas.) The scholarships available as of February 1, 2012 will be awarded for the 2012-13 college academic year.
All CFO scholarships, as well as colleges/universities, require your current Free Application for Federal Student Aid – Expected Family Contribution (FAFSA-EFC) when applying for financial aid. To access the FAFSA website: http://www.fafsa.ed.gov
