Community Foundation of the Ozarks

Scholarship Programs

The Community Foundation of the Ozarks is proud to administer some 160 scholarships, as a service to the greater community. Most of our scholarship programs are for graduating high school seniors; however, a substantial number are available to students currently enrolled in college/university, or considering post-graduate study.

Accredited colleges/universities require your current Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) when applying for financial aid. Most all scholarships administered by the Community Foundation of the Ozarks also require that documentation from FAFSA, specifically your Expected Family Contribution (EFC) confirmation form. To access the FAFSA website go to: http://www.fafsa.ed.gov

Eligibility for Community Foundation of the Ozarks’ scholarships is most often determined by residency in a particular town or county. Some scholarships programs are open to any eligible student in the Missouri Ozarks – defined as south of the Missouri River/outside of the Kansas City and St. Louis metropolitan areas; others have special criteria established by donors, organizations, institutions or businesses.
